At the 2025 TAFECreates conference, Lauren was a panellist alongside the CEO of NCVER, University Representatives, and CEOs from Government Skills Agencies, to discuss the big moves required by TAFEs to be at the forefront of skills delivery going forward.

At the 2025 Resources and Energy Skills Alliance Skills Conference Lauren participated as panellist alongside JSC CEOs, senior government officials and university leaders to discuss the future policy and program design thinking needed to plan for the workforce and skills pipeline for the mining sector.

At the 2025 National Apprenticeship Employment Conference Lauren was invited to be a co-Master of Ceremonies, alongside hosting a high level panel of Commissioners, CEOs and government to discuss innovation in apprenticeship program and policy design.
